Now we will add the poster and the video 4. Open the log in page by using this url: https://yourevent.xpomania.com/portal. 5. Use your Exhibitor account to login 6. Open "Posters/Videos" menu at the side panel 7. Click "Add Poster" Button 8. Put in title poster 9. Upload your poster image 10. Write your poster description 11. Choose a poster sequence Click "Save" 12. And then, Click "Hotspot" button 13. Click "Add Poster" button 14. Put in data as before Click “Save” 15. Click "Back Poster/Videos" button 16. And Then, click "Add Videos" button 17. Put in title video 18. Select "Video Upload" 19. Upload your Video 20. Write your video description 21. Choose a video sequence Click "Save" 22. And Then, Click "Hotspot" button 23. Click "Add Video" button 24. Put in data as before Click "Save" 25. Click "Back Poster/Videos" button 26. Now the status of your posters and videos is still "draft". 27. 27. Please wait for your posters and videos to be approved by the Event Organizer. 28. Your approve status will be notified in your email 29. After your poster is approved, you can check the poster and video by clicking on the "Visit Website" button. 30.
